Lenovo Tipped to Release New Smartphone on 23/3.

After the acquisition of Motorola, Lenovo seems to have earned more confidence on their marketing strategies. The Chinese smartphone-maker has released a teaser at Weibo, mentioning some new device for 23 March.

Posted in Lenovo's official microblogging Weibo page, the teaser mentions a press release on 23 March in Beijing, China. It is expected they are about to officially release a new smartphone in the country.
Noticing Lenovo's latest strategy, it can be speculated they are not in a mood to release any flagship handset. They will rather stick to their strategy and release some user-specific smartphone focusing a niche category of consumers. The released poster teases the upcoming device might be a music-centric smartphone, focusing the music-loving Android customers.
At CES 2015, they released three new smartphones focusing on three different consumer bases. Focusing the power-hungry consumers, they launched P90 and Vibe X2 Pro for the style and performance-centric consumers and A6000 for the budget consumers. Though P90 and Vibe X2 Pro has not been made available in several countries including India, A6000 has received decent response from consumers.
At MWC 2015, Lenovo released the upgraded sibling of A6000 with an octa core processor and a bigger screen. The A7000 will focus on the budget LTE customers in the world. They also released a photography-focused smartphone Vibe Shot at the same event.
Boasting a 16mp camera with optical image stabilisation, the Vibe Shot feature a 5-inch FHD display, octa-core processor, 32GB in built memory and runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system.
They have also launched a pocket projector compatible with any DLNA or Miracast enabled Android/ Windows 8.1 and iOS device. Apart from these products, they also launched an array of tablet devices at MWC 2015.
