Coolpad Group Limited (Chinese: 酷派集团; pinyin: kù pài jí tuán SEHK: 2369) is a Chinese telecommunications equipment company headquartered in Shenzhen. It is the 3rd largest smartphone company in China^[2][3] and sixth-largest worldwide.^[4] From January to June 2012, the company had a market share of shipments of 10.4%.^[5]

Coolpad was originally the smartphone brand of Yulong Computer Telecommunication Scientific (Shenzhen) Co.,^[4] itself a subsidiary of China Wireless Technologies Limited. China Wireless was officially renamed "Coolpad Group Limited" at the end of 2013.^[6]
